These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, platforms, mobile applications, events, and services operated by Savvy Experience Group (“SEG,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including all affiliated brands and divisions (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”).
Savvy Experience Group is a multi-division entertainment and marketing company delivering premium experiences across the live event landscape, including ticketing, tailgates, marketing, sponsorships, destination travel, and curated brand experiences.
By accessing or using any SEG Site or Services, purchasing tickets or experiences, or participating in SEG-operated events, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Purchase Policies, Mobile Messaging Terms, and any additional rules or guidelines applicable to specific services, events, or promotions.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
SEG Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. While some events may be family-friendly, SEG does not knowingly permit use of its Services by minors without parental supervision and consent.
Code of Conduct & Acceptable Use
You agree to use SEG Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to:
- Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or illegal activity
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or other users’ access
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access or extract data
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
- Circumvent security features or access restricted areas
- Violate venue rules, event policies, or local laws
SEG reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
User Conduct
You may not resell tickets or experiences in violation of applicable laws or event policies, misuse promotional offers, or otherwise use the Services in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content available through SEG Services, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, videos, software, and designs, is owned by or licensed to SEG and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent from SEG.
Purchases, Tickets & Transactions
- All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Prices, fees, taxes, and availability may change at any time.
- Additional service, processing, or facility fees may apply and will be disclosed at checkout.
- You are responsible for reviewing order details before completing a purchase.
All transactions are governed by the applicable Purchase Policy and the terms set by event organizers, venues, or experience partners.
SEG is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by you.
Event Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
SEG follows refund and cancellation policies established by event organizers and partners.
- All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.
- If an event is canceled or rescheduled, refunds or credits will be determined by the event organizer.
- Service and processing fees are non-refundable.
SEG is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, venue changes, or performer substitutions.
Account Registration & Security
Some features may require account creation. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
You must notify SEG immediately of any unauthorized account access.
Mobile Messaging Terms
SEG and its affiliated brands may offer SMS and mobile messaging programs, including alerts, promotions, and experience updates.
- Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Information may be shared with subcontractors solely for support services such as customer service.
- Text message opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
SMS Program Details
- Purpose: Event alerts, promotions, early access opportunities, VIP experiences, and brand updates.
- Opt-Out: Text “STOP” to the applicable shortcode.
- Help: Text “HELP” or contact info@savvyexperiencegroup.com.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies.
- Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
By opting in, you authorize the use of automated technology to send messages and acknowledge these terms.
COVID-19 & Health Disclaimer
By attending live events or experiences, you acknowledge the inherent risks of exposure to illness, including COVID-19. You voluntarily assume all risks and waive claims against SEG, its partners, venues, and affiliates related to such exposure.
Arbitration & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or SEG Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class or representative actions.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SEG Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. SEG makes no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, security, or uninterrupted access.
SEG is not responsible for third-party actions, content, or services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- SEG shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- SEG is not responsible for event changes, cancellations, venue policies, or third-party conduct.
- SEG’s total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid by you to SEG in the prior 12 months.
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Services.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEG and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Third-Party Links
SEG Sites may include links to third-party websites. SEG is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Savvy Experience Group operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
SEG may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If these Terms conflict with any prior version, this version controls.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
